Jeanette Young Is Sure About What Matters
Most...And It’s Right Here In Her Own Backyard.

Watching some of her six grandkids in the swimming pool in their Chino Hills backyard, Jeanette Young has to laugh when one of them gives her a soggy embrace and announces, “Grandma, this is the best day of my life. I have everything I need. I have my own pool in my own backyard.” And that’s just about all Jeanette herself needs for happiness—not the pool or the backyard, but this endearing moment and many others like it when all’s right with her world because she’s connected with family and friends and watching out for them.

From Chino Hills, it’s just a 30-minute jaunt to Orange County beaches, where Jeanette and Andy enjoy sunset walks.

Family and friends are priority number one for this longtime Inland Empire resident. As one of seven siblings, Jeanette learned early on to appreciate family connections. From girlhood, she understood the importance of being there for five sisters and a brother, and always bathed in the warm feeling of support that family always provided.

Extending Concern
Taking her concern for others to the next level, Jeanette has consistently reached out to those less fortunate in her community, especially children and the elderly. For over 15 years, she has helped organize a Thanksgiving food drive to collect groceries for families that might not otherwise be able to enjoy a fall feast. For dozens of year-end holidays, she’s assisted with a grassroots toy drive so Santa’s bag is not empty when it’s time to provide holiday cheer for needy children in the area. Jeanette’s association with the Chino Kiwanis Club is her way of giving back to thousands of children in the community. Even local fire and police are beneficiaries of her caring, as she’s always willing to support local civil servants.

That community is an extension of family also is clear in this concerned citizen’s volunteer efforts for Concerts in the Park, sponsored by Chino Kiwanis Club. As a former board member for the Chino Youth Museum, she provides inspiration for the younger generation in the town she’s always called home. Beyond family, Jeanette was involved as a founder of Chino Commercial Bank, a financial institution that serves the needs of local citizens.

Even business is a family affair, as hubby Andy and daughter Sherry are there to assist whenever needed.

Doing Business as Family
As a Chino/Chino Hills real estate specialist for some two and a half decades, Jeanette takes her concern for family into her profession. With the same caring she extends to kin and friends, she anticipates the needs of buyers and sellers and works to make sure clients have the pertinent information they need to make sound and timely decisions. As a native and longtime resident of Chino, she brings an extensive knowledge of the local market to each transaction and can provide informed insight about local schools, services and attractions.

Home Sweet Home
In addition to objective data about her community, Jeanette also shares her personal enthusiasm for Chino/Chino Hills as a great place to live, work and raise a family. Watch her face light up as she talks about her hometown’s open spaces, its semi-rural ambiance and likable people, and you may have a good idea why she and her husband, Andy, chose to raise their own two daughters here and to enjoy as much special time as they can with their grandkids in the town they call home. Andy and daughter Sherry also assist in the office, providing an extra bonus for clients, who can be sure nothing will fall through the cracks with the extended Young clan on their team.

When you’re seeking a specialist with extensive experience in the real estate field, knowledge about the local community and deep caring about people that extends from her personal to her professional life, the businesswoman who is All About Family is your clear choice. Call Jeanette Young today and get ready to move.
